With a graduate degree in Urban Planning from MIT, she works in both small-town America as well as developing countries. In addition to her work in small-town America, Barb has recently assisted Albania, Honduras and the small Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE create multi-use development zones as a means to further development in these countries.
